Q1. Can we pay directly on this platform?

A: No we currently do not accept payments online. The main reason is that our stock and sample yardages fluctuate daily, will need you to provide us with your email or phone number so we can contact you directly for more accurate stock numbers.

Q2. If I want to digital print fabrics, how shall I proceed?

A: Please send us your AI or JPG file, make sure the fabric width is 142cm and DPI > 300.

Q3. How do I order sample yardages?

A: You can order via our quick delivery fabric platform. Once your order has been submitted, our sales representative will get in touch with you.

Q4. Can you guys make finished products for us?

A: Yes no problem, we provide ODM/OEM services, please email us for more information.

Q5. Where are all your products made?

A: All our fabrics and products are made in Taiwan.

Q6. Is your factory certified?

A: Our factory is GOTS 5.0 and Oeko-Tex 100 certified.

Q7. Do you guys offer sustainable fabrics?

A: We provide organic cotton, recycled polyester, and recycled nylon fabrics, but due to recent shortages in yarn supply please email us for more accurate information.

Q8. I want to develop my own fabric, does it require a high minimum?

A: For fabrics that we have yarn, our typical MOQ is 1500 yards per color, 3000 yards per order, but orders as low as 300 yards could also be done, just with a weaving and dyeing surcharge.

Q9. I am looking for specific fabric patterns that have stock, but I am having a problem finding them. What can I do?

A: We have developed an app with Google AI called TEXTIP (https://www.textip.ai) you can download it via the Apple store or Google play. It has a pattern search function, which you can take photos of fabrics you are interested in, and it will automatically hook up with our database to search for fabrics that look similar. The fabrics in this platform are all stock fabrics that are provided by top factories in Taiwan, so quality is assured.
